It is essential to get sized by a professional at your local jewelry store before ordering the ring. We can not guess at this matter. Doing it right will save you time, especially with a limited timeframe.
The good news is that Rins Paradise offers a free ring sizer with your order. Indicate "Request Ring Sizer" in the note section when placing your order, and we will send the ring sizer to you on the same or the next day. Once you confirm your ring size, we will promptly process your order.
#How long does it take to process and ship my ring after the order is submitted?
Usually, it takes 2-5 days to process the order and ship it to you.
After shipping, it will take another 2-5 days to receive the package.

Processing time for complex or custom-made orders may be longer.
#What does Merchant Warranty cover?
All Wedding Bands from our store come with a merchant warranty for defects and imperfections in the ring's design. Such defects should be noticed upon receiving the package, communicated to the shop within 2 - 3 days, and returned with the package along with the tracking information within 14 days. Merchant warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches.

The order processing time is the same. Please note that once your order is shipped, we do not have any influence over carrier companies' delivery processes. We can not speed up the process or make any changes.
It usually takes 10 up to 21 days for your packages to be delivered, and the timing the carrier provider gives is estimated.

# May I exchange the size down the road if I gain or lose weight?
Yes, you can. We do it all the time for all of our customers. Please feel free to contact the store if you need any assistance. There will be a shipping and handling cost, which is less than you have initially paid for your ring.
# May I return the Personalized Rign?
Personalized rings are typically not returnable. However, if a personalized ring doesn't fit well and you need to exchange it for another size, don't hesitate to contact the store and fill out the form. We will work together to find a solution.
# I would like to return the ring; how do I proceed?
If the ring doesn't fit or if you would like to return it for any reason, you can simply send it back to us along with the tracking information within 14 days of receiving it for a refund or to exchange the size. Please include a note inside the package with the order number and the name.
Note that personalized or custom-made rings are not eligible for return. You may exchange the ring for another size; a service fee will apply based on the material cost and complexity of the ring.
The returned ring must be in its original unworn condition to qualify for a refund. Additionally, US customers should notify the shop within 14 days of receiving the ring, while international customers have 30 days for notification.
